Little Mix have warned their fans to expect an “energetic” live performance from the band when they take to the road for their debut tour in 2013.
The ‘Wings’ singers revealed they are already in training for the outing, which kicks off at the end of February and will be testing their stamina during the shows as they look to reflect the sound of their debut album.
“We’re quite worried because it’s a tough, up-tempo album we’ve recorded, so it’s going be an energetic tour,” confessed Perrie to the Daily Star. “There’s no sit down on stool moments, apart from maybe one. Sixteen songs that really test your stamina.”
The girls added that they are working out every morning with a personal trainer and they’ve also recruited choreographer Beth Donnan to help out with routines.
Leigh-Anne said: “She did X Factor with us and worked with Girls Aloud. She doesn’t take any prisoners.”
Jesy also spoke about how their popularity is continuing to grow as they prepare to release their new album ‘DNA’.
She said: “Everyone is going to get to know the band a little more, and have a party with us. We want the fans to come out and think: ‘I could hang out with these girls’.”
Before they hit the road, Little Mix will be at the O2 Arena in December on 8th December to perform at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball .
The former X Factor singers will be joined by the likes of One Direction, Bruno Mars, The Script and JLS for day one of the event with Pink, The Wanted and Girls Aloud scheduled for the second night.
Little Mix release their album ‘DNA’ on 19th November.
