It’s finally happening, people. The Little Mix ladies are flying over to the US to shoot the music video for their brand new single; and Leigh-Anne Pinnock’s mum might just’ve accidentally revealed that it’s called Black Magic.
Yup – Jade, Jesy, Perrie and Leigh-Anne have been working on their third studio album for what feels like the actual beginning of time, but it seems they’re ready to chuck the first single down our earholes pretty bloody soon since they’re over in America filming the vid.
Taking to Twitter, the girls said:

The Little Mix girls have been hard at work on their forthcoming third studio album, and by the sounds of things, it’s going to be impressive.
The girls have done extremely well over in the U.S. to say that they’ve only released two studio album, but they have their sights set on bigger and better things over in the U.S.
Speaking to press in Dubai, Little Mix spoke about cracking America and how they need to impact radio stations over there. We mean, to a certain extent, they’ve already broken the U.S. charts, along with a few records along the way. They’re the most successful British girl band export that we have ever seen in the Billboard charts, so that’s a feat in itself. But the girls want to get bigger and better, and we can’t blame them.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock revealed that they have quite an established fan base in America, but they need to get that one big radio hit so that they can impact the charts and the radio stations even more, and by all accounts that ‘big hit’ is on its way.
“We actually have fans over there (in the USA). But it’s all about getting that big radio hit. We need that song and we are on our way”.
Little Mix really stepped it up with their second studio album so we’re expecting big things when they return with their third album, which we’re anticipating will be released this year some time.

The 22 year old praised his South Shields fiancee following his headline hitting exit from One Direction
Zayn Malik has broken his silence after his much publicised exit from One Direction to praise his South Shields other half Perrie Edwards for all her support.
Zayn sent social media into overdrive when he announced he was leaving the biggest band in the world on Wednesday afternoon, a week after cheating rumours circulated following the publication of a picture with his arm around another girl in Thailand.
Fiancee Perrie had kept a low profile and maintained a dignified silence about the situation but that didn’t stop angry One Direction fans pointing the finger at her for being behind Zayn’s decision to leave bandmates Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson in the middle of their global tour.
Sending a barrage of hateful tweets her way, some even went as far as likening the 21 year old to Yoko Ono who decades ago was blamed by devotees of The Beatles for being a corruptive influence on John Lennon.
But giving his first interview since his One Direction departure, Zayn never hinted that Perrie was responsible for his One Direction departure, only that she’d been there for him.
The 22 year old told The Sun that she was ‘alright’ about his decision and that she was ‘a good girl’.
Perrie herself has yet to make any comment on the matter.

Little Mix have teased details of their upcoming third album.
The group revealed during an online fan hangout that they are in the final stages of recording, that all the songs for the LP “are already there” and that the finished package is “nearly ready”.
The X Factor 2011 winners confirmed that they worked with Jessie J, Jess Glynne, producers Electric (who worked on ‘Towers’ from Salute) and Camille Purcell on tracks for the album, adding that the project was “a new sound” for them.
“I think we just wanted to do something different,” said Jade Thirlwall, “I think that’s why it’s (taken) so long as well. We wanted to make a sound that was still us, but was changing a bit.”
“It’s all about progression, isn’t it?” chipped in Leigh-Anne Pinnock. “We just hope you guys love it as much as us,” she added.
Little Mix are expected to release the as-yet-untitled LP later this year.
The group previously described the first single from the release as “a bit of a risk”.
