LEIGH-ANNE PINNOCK: Pop star and entrepreneur Leigh-Anne shot to fame as part of Little Mix when they won the 8th series of X Factor in 2011. She has spoken candidly about her own experiences of racism, both growing up and as a celebrity, and won the Equality Award at the 2020 Ethnicity Awards.
